Option 2: Baby Wash

Incorporate at 3-8% into a gentle baby wash to boost mildness and foam quality. Blend slowly into the water phase to keep foaming under control. Compatible with a wide range of surfactants as a secondary surfactant.

Option 3: Shampoo

Add at 2-10% to a shampoo as a co-surfactant that softens the cleansing profile and enhances lather stability. Pre-dilute in a little cosmetic water if the base is thick. Check and adjust the finished pH and viscosity.

Option 4: To Add to a Finished Base

To add sodium cocoamphoacetate to a finished cleansing product, stir this water-soluble amphoteric surfactant into the water phase of the base using either a cold or hot process. Add it slowly with gentle mixing to keep foaming under control, pre-diluting in a little cosmetic water if the base is thick. Typically used as a secondary or co-surfactant, a common level is around 2% to 10% depending on the desired mildness and foam boost. Mix until fully uniform, then check and adjust the finished product's pH and viscosity, confirming the blend stays clear and homogeneous.
