A hydrating facial toner base formulated with witch hazel water, rose flower water, glycerin, and aloe vera — designed for brands building skincare lines that emphasize the prep-and-hydrate step between cleansing and moisturizing. This formula goes beyond simple astringent toners by delivering meaningful moisture through glycerin and aloe vera, leaving skin feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready for the next step. White willow bark extract and tea tree essential oil add botanical depth to the ingredient profile. A versatile base suitable for all skin types, with particular appeal for brands targeting consumers whose skin tends to look uneven or feel congested.

Option 1: Classic Post-Cleanse Toner

  1. After cleansing, pour a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad.
  2. Sweep gently across your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin — the witch hazel and rose flower water leave skin feeling refreshed and balanced.
  3. Allow the glycerin and aloe vera to absorb before applying your serum and moisturizer. Skin should feel hydrated, prepped, and ready for the next step.

Option 2: Hydrating Mist-and-Layer Method

  1. After your cleanse, transfer the toner to a fine-mist spray bottle and mist directly onto your face from six to eight inches away.
  2. Press the mist into your skin with clean palms — the glycerin and aloe vera work as a hydrating base layer.
  3. While skin is still damp, apply your serum immediately, followed by moisturizer.
  4. The white willow bark extract and tea tree essential oil provide botanical depth while the dual-hydrosol base of witch hazel and rose water keeps skin feeling balanced and conditioned between each layer.

Option 3: Pre-Makeup Skin Prep

  1. After your morning cleanse, apply the toner to a cotton pad and sweep across your face, focusing on areas that tend to look uneven or feel congested.
  2. Follow with a light moisturizer and allow two minutes for everything to absorb.
  3. The toner's hydrating formula creates a smooth, balanced canvas — skin looks even-toned and feels comfortably prepped for primer and makeup application.
  4. Keep a cotton-pad-soaked version in your kit for quick touch-ups before events or photos.
