Take a coin-sized dollop of lotion and apply from the bottom up, evenly distribute the lotion over your entire body. Gently massage it into your skin using small circular motions, be generous on extra dry areas like the elbows and knees. We recommend waiting for the lotion to dry before getting dressed.
