Option 1: Classic Body Mist

1. Shake gently before use to disperse the essential oils evenly.
2. Hold 6–8 inches from skin and mist over arms, chest, neck, and legs after showering or bathing.
3. Let the lavender and lavandin grosso aroma settle naturally — skin feels lightly conditioned and carries a calming, herbaceous scent.

Option 2: Aromatherapy Layering Ritual

1. After bathing, mist generously over damp skin and press gently with your palms to help the aloe vera and witch hazel botanicals absorb.
2. Follow with an unscented body lotion or oil to seal in the lightweight hydration layer and extend the lavender scent.
3. Mist once more over the outside of your clothing or into the air and walk through — creating a soft, enveloping aromatic presence.

Option 3: Pillow & Linen Refresh

1. Before bedtime, hold the bottle 12 inches away and mist lightly over pillows, sheets, and linens — the lavender and tea tree essential oil blend creates a calming, clean-scented sleep environment.
