Our Dendritic Salt is a fine grain, high-purity salt with a unique crystal structure which has been crystallized to provide more surface area and irregular surfaces. This is desirable in bath salts because the increased surface area helps retain fragrance, requires less pigments and reduces clumping.

This natural salt absorbs essential oils and fragrance oils twice as efficiently as other salts used in bath mixes. It's specially formulated to prevent caking, add flow-ability and keeps the scent in your salts longer. It is commonly used in anhydrous formulations such as bath salts, dry scrubs, and powders.

Product Information

Pre-blend with essential, fragrance or carrier oils before mixing with other dry ingredients. Suitable for use as a base or additive in dry formulations. We recommend using 1 cup of dendritic salt to every 20 cups of other salts used. Combine with medium grain salts if you like the chunky look.
