Option 1: Toners & Facial Mists

Use as part or all of the water phase in toners and mists as the base aqueous carrier. Blend at room temperature and confirm preservation, since added water can dilute the existing system.

Option 2: Emulsions, Lotions & Creams

Incorporate as any share of the water phase in oil-in-water emulsions to build or adjust consistency. When thinning a finished emulsion, add slowly with steady stirring to avoid destabilizing the base.

Option 3: Gels, Cleansers & Rinse-Off Products

Use as the water component in aqueous gels, cleansers, and body washes. Recheck the final pH and preservation after adjusting the water content.

Option 4: To Add to a Finished Base

To add Cosmetic Water to a finished cosmetic product, stir this purified deionized water into a water-based base to adjust consistency or extend the water portion, typically making up any share of the water phase as needed. No pre-melting or pre-dissolving is required, so blend it in gradually at room temperature while mixing to keep the base uniform. When thinning a finished emulsion, add it slowly with steady stirring to avoid destabilizing or separating the base. After incorporating, confirm the product remains homogeneous and recheck the final pH and preservation, since added water can dilute the existing preservative.
