Incorporate at 1-5% in the surfactant/active phase of formulations. Cold-processable; add directly to cleansers, shampoos, or shower gels during mixing. Compatible with clear, opacified, and pearlized systems; enhances viscosity in sulfate-free formulas.

• Processing Temperature: Add at: 59-77°F (15-25°C).  Heat tolerance: >100°C flash point. Avoid: prolonged >86°F (30°C). 
• Melting Point / Form: Liquid at room temperature. Softening point: 104°F (40°C). Crystallizes below 50°F (10°C), reversible. 
• Recommended Phase: Water phase (heated or cool-down) 
• Recommended pH: Stable at pH 3.0-4.0 (5% solution)
