Yellow Beeswax is a natural wax obtained from the honeycomb of the honeybee (Apis mellifera). Filtered to remove impurities while retaining its characteristic golden color and mild honey-like aroma, it serves as a natural thickener, occlusive ingredient, and film-forming agent in a wide range of personal care products. In formulations, it contributes structure, stability, and a protective barrier that helps improve product texture and application. Suitable for use in balms, salves, creams, lotions, hair pomades, and stick formulations.

Ingredient Information

Add to the oil phase and heat until fully melted, typically 62–65 °C (144–149 °F). Combine with other heated phases and blend until evenly mixed.
