This Responsibly Grown and unrefined Babassu Oil is a cold-pressed and obtained from the kernels of the Orbignya oleifera (babassu) palm. Naturally solid at room temperature, this versatile oil melts on contact with the skin and is known for its lightweight, non-greasy feel, making it a popular alternative to coconut oil or palm oil in cosmetic formulations. Product Information

Add to the oil phase of emulsions or anhydrous products. Melt before use. Compatible with hot and cold process methods, including cold-process soap.
